Sarah Holmes, RMHCI. Mental Health Counselor at Life Connections CounselingSarah’s goal is to bring hope and healing to the stories people share in her office. She is honored to share the space with her clients as they openly process what is happening in their life.

Sarah works with individual adolescents, adults (18 and up), as well as adult couples. Sarah has a special passion to help young adults navigate life changes, transitions, and other obstacles they may face. In addition, Sarah has experience working alongside pastors and is able to integrate spirituality in the counseling experience.

Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her counseling approach, she collaboratively explores with her clients their thinking patterns, related emotions, and behaviors. She also integrates Adlerian, Somatic, and Existential Therapies.

Sarah graduated from Evangel University with a double major in Psychology and Biblical Studies (Summa Cumme Laude). She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri in 2022.

Sarah desires to approach each client with a fresh hope for his or her current circumstances. Through her own counseling journey, Sarah knows it takes courage to trust a therapist and explore one’s story. Her desire is to build that trust with each individual and couple who sits in her office as they pursue health.
